About Vicki Dawson
When I was little, I was always told I had a wild imagination. Fast forward several years, I took my wild imagination, teamed it with my love of words and became a copywriter.
I've always been fascinated by advertising and its ability to create awareness, interest and to ultimately sell things. I enjoy interrogating briefs and understanding the real message that brands want to deliver. I have over 12 years’ experience writing copy in the retail industry, and I love scribbling ideas, straplines and working on copy hierarchies.
I specialise in writing copy for large campaigns where my focus is on telling a story through multiple channels and touch points, but I’m experienced in much more - writing features, straplines, tone of voice guidelines, video scripts, emails, banners, brochures, online, print or window displays.
